FutureDecks DJ pro users have premium customer support.
However, before contacting us, make sure you also checked these:

- download and read the User's Manual for additional information on how to use FutureDecks DJ pro
- the Users Forums - share your opinions with other users
- the F.A.Q. section - commonly questions and their answers
- if you have purchased the software and would like to review your order information, or if you have questions about ordering, payment, or shipping procedures, please go visit the Customer Care Center (go here if you purchased before September 10th, 2008)

If you still did not find a solution, send us an e-mail to support@xylio.com with a detailed description of your system and problem. Please make sure to give us plenty details so we can reproduce the problem on our systems. Also specify your REF# and FutureDecks DJ pro version. Our support team will respond to your inquires as soon as possible usually in the same day (excluding weekends).
